I've written extensively about Tieks and how to care for them, but today I want to tackle another topic that I get asked about often: what are the best no show socks for flats like Tieks ballet flats? I've tried quite a few, so I've got some recommendations for you.
The best no show socks for flats like Tieks
My favorite no show socks for flats like Tieks are from VERO MONTE. These are very low profile socks that are made from 83% Combed Cotton, 10% Polyester, and 7% Spandex. They're super soft and breathable and fit SO well. The VERO MONTE socks are pretty thin so they won't make your shoes fit tighter. They're guaranteed not to show or slip or VERO MONTE will make it right with a refund or specially customized socks if possible. You can get them in packs of 4 on Amazon with free shipping for Prime members and they're fairly inexpensive.
If you're wondering if they're truly no-show with Tieks, I can say that they definitely are for me. I'm wearing them in almost all of the photos, like this one in Romantic Blush, from my post about how to pick the perfect pair of Tieks shoes (with lots and lots of photos and side-by-side comparisons of different colors).
For cooler months, Keysocks are fantastic! Keysocks are the only knee-high no show sock that won't fall down. They'll keep your legs warm while still letting you wear your favorite flats (or heels) with pants. They're made from 80% polyester, 18% nylon, and 2% Lycra. Since they're connected at the back, they'll also prevent blisters if that's a problem for you. They're available in several different colors, fits (like regular and wide) and materials, so be sure to check out the full selection to see which pair is right for you.

Another option is Sheec SoleHugger Secret socks. These are extremely low cut, so if you've got a pair of flats that give you a lot of toe cleavage, these might be a great option for you. Their design stays hidden in even your lowest ballet flats, heels, dress shoes, or sneakers. They're made from 88% Cotton and 12% Polyurethane blend and they're meant to be soft, durable, and absorbs sweat. They've also got a non-slip silicone heel grip to prevent slippage. Satisfaction is guaranteed here so they want you to have a perfect fit. They come in two different colors and are available in small, medium, or large. UPDATE: These are now available in the Sheec SoleHugger Secret 2.0 version.
I also found another great no show sock at my local Ross. They're very similar to the VERO MONTE but provide a bit more toe coverage. I don't have the packaging any longer, but these came in a 2-pack with a "nude" color and violet purple. I've also heard that some ladies had had a great experience with Adrienne Vittadini no show socks. Plus, they were able to find them at their local Costco at a great price.
Now here's what I wouldn't recommend for Tieks
(These may work great with other types of shoes)
Smartwool Women's Secret Sleuth Socks - I tried these with Tieks and they just aren't low profile enough. However, I do love them with Keds or other types of low-cut sneakers and shoes. They are super comfy and stay on well.
Gekks - While these might work well in certain types of shoes, I've seen photos where the leather insoles within Tieks have been damaged when removing the Gekks. If you want a more "long term" solution and don't want to mess with socks, I'd HIGHLY recommend the Shoeslulu inserts or Odor Eaters Soft & Slim Inserts instead. They are so comfortable, will patina instead of the leather insoles within your Tieks, and you can switch them out from shoe to shoe. I love mine.

Sox & Lox HIdden Sox are by far the best hidden socks I've ever had. I bought my first pairs about 3 or 4 years ago. I always found the seam around the top on other pairs were never truly flat and often they would rub or dig into my feet. The Sox & Lox are completely flat. Absolutely love them. Also love my Champagne Tieks!
