Caring for tiny humans is an exhausting job. My day typically starts by 6 AM and it's non-stop hustle and bustle until I hit the bed around 9 or 10 PM. After years of nursing, and being on my feet for 12+ hour hospital shifts, I realize the importance of a good pair of shoes. That's why I have no problem investing in Tieks. I can slip them on and make it through my day with ease. No discomfort, no red marks, no blisters. Tieks mold perfectly to your feet, making each pair feel like they were made specifically for you.
The last thing I want to think about while carrying my kids and loading them in and out of their car seats is my shoes. Tieks give me the flexibility to move freely, without slipping or stumbling throughout the day.

Do Tieks offer support, or are they just flat?? I've been considering them for over a year. My only concern is that my back will hurt without proper support in the shoe.

Hi Linda! Tieks don't have specific arch support, but I haven't had any back problems after wearing them for the past few years. Some women do wear orthotic inserts if they need them though. Hope that helps!

They just look like they’ll slip off your feet. Do they keep on when chasing down mini versions of yourself? Like are they playground friendly?

How do the sizes run? Are they wide or marry? Most of my shoes I have to get wides.

They are probably a medium width (not too wide or narrow), but lots of ladies with wide feet can wear Tieks without a problem. They stretch and mold to your foot. If you're a half size, you should definitely go up to next whole size. Hope that helps!
