The Best All-Season Jackets from Mia Melon

This post may contain affiliate links. Click here for more information.

If you're a long-time follower of the blog, you've probably seen me rave about how much I love Mia Melon! Living in Minnesota, we experience all four seasons and I can say with confidence that Mia Melon has the best all-season jackets. I've partnered with Mia Melon to share my favorite rain coats with you, and give you the chance to win one of these beautiful jackets too!

The Best All-Season Jackets from Mia Melon

I've been sharing about Mia Melon's stylish rain coats for over two years now, and they're always the outer gear I grab as I head out the door. I started out with a black jacket (because you can never go wrong with black!) and my closet has grown to include a variety of colors and styles from their ever-expanding collection. Whether you're looking for a classy trench coat, high-quality and lightweight jacket, or a bold fall option, you'll be able to find something you love and something for each changing season.

    Everglades Rain Style Jacket

I tend to lean towards dressier jackets, so the Everglades Rain Style Jacket is one of my very favorites. It's designed with a medium-weight cotton herringbone fabric that allows for breathability and is great for spring and fall temperatures especially. Mia Melon offers lightweight options as well as medium and heavy-weight (including their new fleece-lined and wool lines!) so you can often find a jacket style you love in multiple options to work with the climate where you live. I've always been more conservative when it comes to clothing colors, but this Blush version of the Everglades Jacket caught my eye and I absolutely love it in person!

Mia Melon jackets are all waterproof and windproof, which means they'll keep you dry and warm in all kinds of inclement weather. We actually just visited a pumpkin patch the other day and there was a zero percent chance of rain - unfortunately about an hour in it started to pour! Thankfully I had this jacket and the DWR treatment and innovative fabric technology kept me (and my recently curled hair!) dry. The rain cleared up after about twenty minutes and we got back to enjoying our fun, unlike many of the other guests who left as soon as it started.

One of my favorite things about Mia Melon jackets is that they don't look like your typical rain coat. When I think of a rain coat, I picture a plastic-y yellow slicker that's not particularly stylish. Mia Melon designers have thrown out the outdated idea of a rain jacket and have created beautiful options in a variety of season-appropriate colors.

The Everglades Rain Style Jacket is versatile also because you can wear it with the collar worn down or secured across the chest to the button on the neck. When it's raining hard, I prefer to button the collar and cinch the hood (which is also removable!) to keep my hair safe. I know, it sounds vain - but if you've got naturally frizzy hair that you've spent the morning curling, there's nothing more frustrating than when it gets ruined by moisture!

Another one of my favorites (especially for fall!) is the Aspen Rain Jacket in oxblood red. It's got the large hood and a removable waist-tie belt like the Everglades style.

For a super lightweight style, the Houston Light Trending Rain Jacket in clay is the perfect option. I love the asymmetrical zipper and long sleeves!

    mia melon

For a lovely trench coat, the Harriet Style Trench is classic and is currently on sale in the lightweight version. What's your favorite style from Mia Melon? I'm so excited about their new fleece-lined and wool options, especially as we head into winter in Minnesota! I'm also excited because Mia Melon has generously offered a giveaway for one of our lucky readers!

I love all of the styles! If I had to narrow it down to one though,I think I'd have to go with the Houston trending jacket with microfleece interior in black. I could wear it with everything!
