This mango salsa is full of color and taste! It can be perfectly paired with salmon, chicken, or tortilla chips.
- ½ mango diced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 red pepper diced
- ½ orange pepper diced
- ½ yellow pepper diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ avocado chopped
- ½ red onion chopped
- 1 jalepeno pepper diced
Dice/chop each ingredient and combine in large bowl. Squeeze lime juice over top and mix with large spoon. Serve chilled.
