It's a brand new year, and that means it's time to refresh that wardrobe! At least that's what I'm doing, because we have four seasons and need all different types of clothes for the year. I've partnered with Nadine West to share my monthly shipment with you, and why you should give this affordable subscription service a try!
New Year, New Wardrobe with Nadine West
Now that Christmas and New Years are over, it's all downhill in Minnesota until warm weather hits in late spring. Of course we will still enjoy some outdoor activities on warm days, but those are few and far between this time of year. Thankfully we'll be headed to Florida in February to break up the extra-long winter season! Until then, I've been cleaning house and clearing out old clothes that I don't wear anymore. Since starting Nadine West, I've gotten trendy items, summer styles, and fun fall options to improve my wardrobe! I'm excited to share some winter items I received this month, too.
I've been all about the sweaters this year! When I saw that my Nadine West stylist had sent two sweaters I was pretty excited. This green top is a velour fabric which is a little different for me; not my typical style! But it is comfortable for around the house and I like the color. It's $25.99 to keep. My jewelry is from a previous Nadine West shipment also; I love to get new necklaces and earrings!
The second sweater I got is this black number with a scalloped neckline. I like the style though it's a little short for my taste, and it's a nice heavy top for our cold winter days. It's just $26.99 to keep which is a great deal for a sweater!
I don't wear dresses very often, but I will be this upcoming year! Both my brother and sister are getting married so we'll have their weddings as well as showers to attend and throw. When I saw this Paige Dress from Nadine West I thought it would be great for a wedding shower or similar event. It has a busy pattern but the muted color makes it less showy. It's just $29.99 to keep! The necklace I'm wearing is three simple circles on a gold chain, and is the perfect understated jewelry. It's just $14.99 too which makes it an affordable option.
Tops from Nadine West
This top is a great color for the holidays, and I absolutely love the lace sleeves. It runs a bit large and long on me, but I bet it would be really cute tucked in. At $34.49 it's on the higher end of price for Nadine West, but it's beautiful and feels high quality.
The second shirt I received is the Irene criss-cross top. I love the color and the neckline is interesting, though something I wouldn't typically buy. It's only $18.99 which is a great deal for a top! As you can see, I really love these earrings, too. I even wore them as Frozen's Anna for Halloween because I think they look Nordic.
The last item I received this month are these Nianna Skinny bottoms. At just $23.49 they're a great price and I love the belt detail. Now I just need more tops to match and tuck into them! One of the things I love best about Nadine West is that I always get items I'd consider 'not my style' (like these pants) and then find that I really like them on. That's just one of the reasons I think a Nadine West subscription is worth it! Want to see more Nadine West clothing options? My friend Miranda at Thrifty Nifty Mommy recently shared her own review.
