High chairs are a must-have for families with infants and young toddlers. I use my high chair for various things including mealtimes, art projects, and as a way to keep busy kids occupied while I do the dishes. The Joovy Foodoo is fantastic because it's such a versatile high chair. You can use it from birth to 50 pounds! I've partnered with Joovy to show you all of the awesome details of this chair.

Review of the Joovy Foodoo High Chair

If you're looking for a high chair that will work from birth to toddler-hood, look no further! The Joovy Foodoo immediately impressed me because it was pre-assembled and I only had to attach the tray and footrest. I was quickly able to adjust the height so it fit right up to our table.

With eight adjustable heights, the high chair will fit up to any table.

I love that the Foodoo can be used at various heights. When the chair is at the tallest setting it's great for using in the kitchen. I'll throw some toys on the tray and our little guy will play while I make dinner or wash dishes. At one of the medium heights he fits right up to our kitchen table so he can be a part of our meals. We don't use the lowest height much but if our baby was younger (he's ten months old) it would be awesome for the living room. The high chair has rubber wheels so you can move it from room to room easily. With the 5-position seat recline, it would be a comfortable place for baby to lay while you played with a sibling on the floor.

Because of the recline capabilities, you can bring baby right up to the table to give them a bottle. As they get older and start solids you can adjust the recline accordingly.

The recline mechanism is easy to adjust with one hand. Since the chair is rated for up to 50 pounds you can use it for years! Our three-year-old fits comfortably in the Foodoo and it's great for messy art projects or when we want her to eat in a high chair.

The foot rest has two settings and while our ten-month-old's feet don't quite touch, our three-year-old likes to have a place to put her feet. You can lower the foot rest as your little's legs grow!

One of my favorite things about the Foodoo is the tray. It's easy to attach or remove with just one hand which is vital when you're holding a squirmy baby with the other. Another benefit is the size-I love how large it is because my kids always manage to push their food off smaller trays.

The tray comes with a dishwasher-safe insert so after each meal you can remove the clear plastic portion for washing. I love that I can take off the insert but leave my kiddo in the high chair. I don't have to fight with washing his hands and the tray while he's still in the seat.

The Joovy Foodoo has a leatherette seat that's easy to wash up and also looks classy. It's also comfortable so whether you have a newborn or a toddler they'll enjoy sitting in the seat. Our little guy loves it!

Lastly, the Joovy Foodoo folds up so nicely and doesn't take up much space when stored. I love that I can flip it open for a meal and then fold it up in the corner or keep it in a closet if necessary. When placed at the lowest height setting and folded down it doesn't take up much space at all.

I highly recommend the Joovy Foodoo for any family with young children. Its versatility from infancy to preschool is hard to beat and the quality of the high chair really is outstanding.

BUY IT: You can purchase the Joovy Foodoo in Black, Charcoal, or Turquoise on Amazon or find a retailer near you using the Joovy store locator.

Good reviews of both chairs. It seems they are quite similar, but thanks to your review I think the Nook would work better for my toddlers. If I was starting from infancy, I would definitely choose this one since you highlighted the recline position 🙂
