I'm an advocate with the Minnesota Children's Museum and receive a membership to share about the amazing events they offer. As always, all opinions are my own.
Halloween is RIGHT around the corner! Have you got all your costumes picked out yet? Are you attending any Halloween events? We've got a busy weekend coming up-we're invited to a friends' Halloween party, and then we're headed to the Minnesota Children's Museum for their Halloween Spooktacular Party!
Minnesota Children's Museum
This year, the Spooktacular event will take place on October 26th, 27th, and 28th. It will run from 6-9 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and 10AM-1PM on Monday. Visitors are encouraged to dress up in their costumes! There will be Halloween-themed activities throughout the event, along with all of the fun regular exhibits that the Minnesota Children's Museum offers. We will be attending the event on Sunday night and I haven't told our kids yet because I know it will just be a continuous question of "how many days until we go!?" if I do! But we'll tell them about the event as we head there and I know they will be so excited.
MCM Halloween Spooktacular Party
It always seems so silly to plan out Halloween costumes to only use them for one night, so we're going to extend the Halloween holiday and get more use out of those outfits. The Minnesota Children's Museum is probably the kids' favorite place to visit in Minnesota, and we haven't seen their Curious George exhibit yet so the kids are going to be ecstatic about that, too! We attended the New Years party from Dec 31-Jan 1 this year and it was EPIC - I know any event put on by MCM will be over-the-top and I can't wait to see and share what they have to offer.
This year, we're doing family costumes and it's going to be so fun! Our kids are dressing up as Elsa and Olaf, and my husband and I will be Anna and Kristoff from Frozen. With the second movie coming out in a month, we're already getting into the anticipation. If you'd like to visit the Minnesota Children's Museum and their Halloween Spooktacular Party, make sure you visit their website.
Disclosure: I received tickets to this event as a museum advocate.
