Hi there everyone! How are you doing amidst this global pandemic? It's been a minute since I've had a chance to blog, but I'm excited to get back into it and connect with all of you again! We're laying low in Minnesota and while it feels a little bit like Groundhog Day here, we are doing our best to enjoy this family time as the weather gets nicer. Online shopping has become our go-to for most things, and if you've followed the blog for awhile you know I rely on Nadine West for wardrobe updates each month! This month I got some really fun items that are great for this spring weather, and I wanted to share them with you. I've partnered with Nadine West to share this month's shipment along with a code so you can try the subscription service risk-free!
Quick recap: Nadine West is a subscription service for women that offers clothing, jewelry, and accessories shipped right to your door each month. After filling out a quick survey, your stylist will put together a curated package of goodies to send your way in a bright pink package. You pay a small shipping fee that is deducted from anything you decide to keep. Whatever you love, you pay for. Items that aren't your style simply get shipped back to Nadine West with the prepaid shipping label! It's such an easy process, and with the code NADINE at checkout you can try it risk-free. Here are some of the items I received this month!
Casual Outfits from Nadine West
The Alicia Top that came in my shipment this month is a new favorite in my closet. It's long enough to comfortably wear with leggings, and the lace sleeves make it easy to dress up or wear casually. At $34.49 it's on the higher priced end of things from Nadine West but it's high quality and worth that in my opinion. I paired it with the Lowri Leggings which are just $22.99 to keep! They're a thicker legging material which I love, though they have an extremely high waistband and I'm not sure how I feel about it. The high-waisted tummy control is nice but they go up to the bottom of my bra like maternity pants. Some people may love this, but I prefer traditional high-waist leggings.
The Charlotte Earrings I'm wearing above also came in my Nadine West package. They're simple gold hoops that go with everything and reminded me of high school where I wore hoops every day! They are a comfortable weight and I can pair them with most of my outfits, so they're a win in my book. Plus they're just $14.99 to keep.
My favorite piece from this month's package is this green Cheyenne top. The sleeves are about ¾ length and have decorative brass buttons for holding the sleeves at that level. While I do find that the material has a tendency to wrinkle, with a quick steam it lays nicely and is very comfortable. It's $30.49 to keep.
The last item in my shipment is the Danna Dress, and at $41.99 it's the highest price item I've gotten from Nadine West. With long cuffed sleeves and a cinched waist, the dress is flattering and comfortable for spring. I like the floral design (as always with florals!) and I could see it being great for a casual outdoor party or wedding.
While the whole world feels up in the air, one thing that I look forward to is my monthly shipment from Nadine West. It provides a sense of normalcy and gets me excited for when we can get together with people again in the future! Plus, Nadine West provides a simple way to add to your wardrobe without going to the store to shop. Check out my friend Miranda's Nadine West review over at Thrifty Nifty Mommy too!
