Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt - FREE Printable!

Easter is going to look a little different this year but that doesn't mean we aren't celebrating. Since we're going to miss our local community egg hunt and all the fun and treats that go along with it, I've partnered with Hershey's to create an Easter egg scavenger hunt that we could do at home. Grab my free scavenger hunt printable below!

My children were pretty bummed when they learned we weren't going to be able to go visit Grandma and Grandpa this year or attend our community Easter egg hunt. Although things are going to look a bit different this year, that doesn't Easter is canceled. I wanted to show them that we're still going to celebrate in a big way. Easter candy always brings a smile to their faces so I grabbed some of our favorite treats from Reese's and Cadbury and got to work creating an Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt that they could do at home.

All you'll need are some empty plastic eggs, your favorite candies and some paper for the clues. I filled our eggs with Cadbury Mini Eggs, Cadbury Eggs, and Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs; all the things my kids love. And, if I'm being honest, these are some of my favorite candies too so I might have stolen a few.

You can certainly create clues and handwrite them if you want to get creative, or you can print my clues to make it easy on yourself. I tried to create egg hiding places that most homes would have (coffee maker, dryer, dining table, bathtub, etc). I also created a master list of where the clues go so you'll just need to hide them in the right spot. I numbered all the clues but it might be a good idea to number your eggs unless you're going to hide the eggs as you stuff each one.

I hid the eggs throughout our home and my little budding readers were so excited to find each one. By the end, they had quite the collection of treats and I loved seeing how happy they were.

What will you be doing to celebrate Easter this year?
