    Comfort Food recipes

There are just so many times that I crave comfort food - food that reminds me of my childhood, or just a hot, hearty meal. There is nothing quite like a classic dinner of pot roast or mac and cheese. What's fabulous about most comfort food is that it's usually not that complicated to prepare and it doesn't use a whole lot of fancy ingredients. It's simple, real food. Another thing I love about these kinds of dishes is that there are often leftovers and the food can be even better the next day. I don't know about you, but I love having leftovers - not having to worry about dinner the next day? Yes, please!

If you're looking to create a great meal for dinner, look no further than this collection of comfort food recipes. I'll be making the Easy Chicken Parmesan Bake and the Loaded Baked Potato Soup this week. I know my husband is going to love them!

The potato soup and cheddar corn soup look delicious. The perfect food for a cold day or just when you need something soothing. Never thought about using tater tots in a casserole.
