Our family loves summer outdoors in Minnesota. We try to spend quality time outside daily, along with planning trips on the weekends when we have nice weather. Hiking with our kids has finally become fun (and not just work!) and we turned to pediped for hiking sandals. Lincoln is three and a half now, and he's ALWAYS on the go. I'll turn away for one second and he's trying to climb a tree or hanging off a dangerously high railing. Harper is our little performer. Whether we're in the middle of Target or a six mile hike, she's known to stop us, saying "watch me, mom and dad!". Then she'll put on a dance show or start doing cartwheels. I love that her pediped hiking sandals allow her to move how she loves, while still protecting her feet. And of course neither of our kids can avoid a puddle which isn't a problem with these shoes! These pediped sandals are water safe with quick-dry EVA footbeds so they express water quickly.
They're also machine washable, which is a HUGE bonus for me. I hate when shoes get ruined after a few days of playing outdoors. When these get wet or dirty I simply toss them in our washer and let them air dry! They're built for true play, which is perfect for our busy nature-loving kids.
