If you've been following this blog for a little while, you know that we are HUGE aden + anais fans (just like we mentioned in our must-haves for baby post featuring tons of our favorite aden and anais items). I was gifted a four pack of aden and anais muslin swaddling blankets when my little guy was a newborn and we immediately fell in love with them. The generous sizing was perfect for swaddling and quality remains top notch despite almost daily use. When their bamboo line came out we had the distinct pleasure to review their bamboo sleeping bag and bamboo dream blanket. I had high expectations of these products and they definitely delivered. In fact, when I was reviewing the dream blanket, I kept saying, "oh I wish they had one of these for adults!". Well, guess what - they ARE available for adults now! Allow me to introduce you to the aden + anais Bamboo Daydream Blanket.

The veranda daydream blanket is crafted from rayon from bamboo fiber muslin. It's made up of four cozy layers of this muslin and it's buttery soft and just overall feels heavenly. If you're used to aden and anais muslin swaddles, you'll be surprised that the weight of these blankets is quite substantial, but not too heavy.
The bamboo daydream blankets are generously sized at 60” x 72”. It's really quite the perfect size for snuggling up on the couch or in bed. You can see in the photo below, I placed the daydream blanket on top of my queen-sized guest bed so you could get a sense of how big the blanket is. I also included the child's bamboo dream blanket for a size comparison. The packaging on the daydream blanket reads, "because grown-ups deserve a little luxury too," and aden and anais seriously delivers! This blanket is luxurious and oh so lovely.
The Bamboo Daydream Blanket is super soft, but gets even softer with every wash. That's the magical quality with aden + anais products that always make me return for more! Their products just get better with time.
The aden and anais Daydream Blanket in Bamboo is available in four signature prints and they are absolutely gorgeous! I had such a hard time choosing between them as they're all somewhat neutral and beautiful.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with the Bamboo Daydream Blanket, as with my other aden + anais products. I would highly recommend this blanket to anyone looking for a cozy throw to cuddle up with. At $149 it's definitely a luxury item, but one that is totally worth it in my opinion!
UPDATE: This item has been retired, BUT there is an even better version now available! The aden and anas oversized blanket is BIGGER (sized at 60" x 98" and I can't wait to get one! It comes in 3 fabulous color patterns and is crafted out of four-layer viscose made from bamboo muslin blanket. You will not regret this blanket!

Wow that's really big! I wouldn't mind cuddling with that on the couch myself. We don't have any of their bamboo line, I'd be super stoked to try one. We love their regular swaddlers, I use it as a layer to bundle my 3 month old in our subzero temperatures right now and as a nursing cover because it's so lightweight.
