aden and anais Sleeping Bag Review

If you want to keep your little one warm and cozy, you definitely need to check out the aden and anais sleeping bag. This silky smooth sleeping sack is adorable and so buttery soft.

When Raegan Moya-Jones moved from her native Australia to the US, she was surprised that muslin swaddle blankets were not customary. In Australia, generations of women used muslin swaddling blankets to keep their babies cool in the hot summer months, and warm in the cold winter months. Unable to locate muslin blankets here in the US, Raegan did what any mother would do - she got her babies what they needed! She designed a large swaddle that would be truly useful to mothers. Made from the softest, gentles muslin she could find, Raegan fashioned wonderful swaddle blankets that could also function as stroller covers, nursing shields, tummy time blankets, burp clothes, and so much more. Thus, aden + anais was born, transforming the simple swaddle into a fun, fashionable item for moms and babies.

aden + anais has moved way beyond just swaddles though. They've created an entire line of burp cloths, bibs, sleeping bags, towels, washcloths, and more. Recently, aden + anais has branched out into bamboo fiber muslin and I am a HUGE fan! A friend gifted me a set of the bamboo swaddles for the wubba and he absolutely loves them. So, of course, I jumped at the opportunity to review one of aden and anais'sbamboo sleeping bags.

    aden anais sleeping bag

aden + anais sleeping bags are designed to be worn over your baby's pajamas to eliminate the need for loose blankets. Not only are loose blankets a safety risk for young children, they often get kicked off in the middle of the night, leaving your little one chilly. Sleeping bags are the perfect solution! Your baby will remain warm and covered so you can rest peacefully.

The first thing you'll notice when taking the aden + anaisssleeping bag out of the package is how amazingly wonderful it feels! The silky rayon from bamboo fiber muslin is buttery soft and so cozy. I wish I had a blanket for myself made out of this fabric!

The sleeping bag's zipper starts at the baby's neckline and zips downward. This makes it so easy for nighttime diaper changes. Of course, aden + anais keeps baby's comfort first and foremost by fabric wrapping the zipper start so it doesn't irritate baby's skin.

    aden anais bamboo sleeping bag

The bamboo sleeping bags come in 4 sizes (small, medium, large, and extra large). I chose a large, which fits babies 12-18 months, 30-34 inches tall, and 22-28 pounds, for my little guy. The wubba is currently 12 months, 31.5 inches tall and 25 pounds and the size large is a perfect fit.

Since it's so warm outside right now, I just dress the wubba in a onsesie before putting him in his sleeping bag. The aden + anais bamboo sleeping bag keeps him perfectly comfortable. Once the weather gets cooler, I'm confident the bamboo sleeping bag will keep him warm during the winter months. That's what's so great about this fabric - it will keep your little one cool during the summer and warm in the winter! Another thing I love about the aden + anais sleeping bags is that it's generously sized and gives my little one plenty of room to move around. He's even able to stand in his sleeping bag! He loves to stand and greet us in the mornings, so I'm so happy he's able to do so in his aden + anais sleeping bag.

Overall, I love aden + anais products, and this bamboo sleeping bag is no exception! It's so amazingly soft and my little man is so snuggly and cozy while wearing it! The quality is superb, and it washes up extremely well. I highly recommend aden + anais products!

Buy it: You can purchase aden + anais products on their website or on Amazon.

Disclosure: I received the item reviewed at no cost in exchange for my honest opinion. All thoughts are my own and may differ from yours. Amazon links are affiliate links.
