Work Out with Reva Wear!

With two practically-independent toddlers who can hold their own in the YMCA daycare, I've been taking FULL advantage of this stage and hitting the gym as much as I can. The more I go, the more I realize that I do not love all of my workout clothes. There are certainly tops and bottoms that aren't the first, second, or even third thing I grab when the laundry is piling up. I'm happy to say that I found a pair of work out clothes from Reva Wear that have achieved 'favorite' status in my stack of workout gear!

Reva Wear is a shop of high quality athletic wear that you can purchase online as well as at select Costco stores! At no cost to facilitate this review, I was sent their Challenge Me Tee, sold for $30, and the Vitality Capri, sold for $60. Both have become instant favorites and I am wearing the heck out of them.

The first time I wore these out was on a gym date with my husband, and he can attest that I couldn't shut up about all things I love about this top and capri set. I'm not one of those girls who can feel comfortable on a treadmill or so help me, a Zumba class, in a sports bra and low-cut shorts. There is a lot of fluff left over from bearing two children that I have to keep contained, which is why I love these features that put Reva Wear a cut above all other gym clothes I own.

First off, a gym shirt in a long length is hard to come by. As you can see, this Challenge Me Tee falls at my hips, which keeps extra weight around the hips or waist covered, and I don't have to pull the shirt down like other tops that tend to ride up. I ordered a Medium, and I love the loose fit. It is breathable without being too loose and flattering without being too form-fitting. Secondly, every seam in this outfit is a flat seam, which avoids the possibility of feeling chaffing or uncomfortable lines if you were to wear these in yoga or pilates, where irritating seams can be a big problem. I am also singing praises about the high, supportive waistband on the Vitality Capri. It is thick and smooth, and I feel completely contained. And check out that cute zipper pouch on the back waist! Perfect for keys, an mp3 player, spare headphones, etc. The back is the perfect place to store items that you don't want your arms brushing up against when you're working up a sweat.

Reva Wear advertises their clothing as "wardrobe designed in modern fits", and in luxurious performance fabrics. I can attest that the top fabric is buttery soft. It is completely breathable, cooling, and opaque. I'm wearing a black sports bra and you can't see even a hint of dark underneath.

Sure, you can find cheap gym clothes anywhere, but I definitely recommend investing in a set of workout clothes from Reva Wear because of how high-quality, flattering, supportive, and durable their collection is.
