I partnered with Delta Children for this review of the Canton Toddler Bed.
Aren’t toddler beds darling? There is something about a tiny human in a tiny bed that is just so super sweet. My first two children were 18 months apart and I evicted my 14 month old out of the crib and into a toddler bed. She did so well. So, this time my next two are 21 months apart and I thought my second one was going to be harder to transition so I started preparing her mentally from early on in my pregnancy. It turns out, she is SOOOO excited to be in a big girl bed like her big sister! She has been perfect! I wanted another darling bed so naturally I turned to Delta Children for help and they sent me their Canton Toddler Bed to review.
I requested the Canton toddler bed in Dark Cherry as I have a classic room for my daughters and it would match her big sister’s bed. We are totally in that stage of having everything “have to” match sister. The bed looks great and the wood is so pretty! It looks exactly the same as it does online, so if you like the look there you will love it in your house.
A lot of toddler beds sit on the floor. Having a toddler bed that is lifted off the floor is incredibly beneficial for air circulation, mold control, and breathability and therefore longevity of the mattress. This was something that was very very important to me. This bed has a great height off of the floor for ease of getting into the bed, but it's also not too far up so if they roll out in the night it's not a far drop.
The bed took about an hour to put together. Almost everything is done with an Allen wrench, which is included in the bed kit. The only other thing you need is a Phillips screwdriver for tightening. The pre-drilled holes are not done particularly well so we couldn’t get one of the screws in and my husband is going to have to glue it in. The bed is also a bit unstable in the middle where the two ends of the bed meet so you have to move it carefully to prevent it from buckling in the middle. You'd likely need one person holding each end of the bed in order to move it. Once set up though it's fine and perfectly accommodates a toddler. My little girl has been sleeping in her new bed for a few weeks with no issues. Here are some pictures of the middle joint so you can see what I mean about the two ends meeting in the middle:
Overall I think the Canton Toddler Bed is very sweet looking and classic. It will definitely meet our needs and at an $89.99 price point, it's a good deal too. You can also check out Delta Children's other beds which range from Cars themed to princess themed! They also come in the classic toddler bed designs in white as well as the wood.
Buy it: You can purchase the Canton Todder Bed at major retailers like Walmart and Target, or on Amazon.com (for a little less in most cases).
Disclosure: I (Courtney) received this bed at no cost to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own. Amazon links are affiliate links.

I really like the look of this bed so it is good to see that it is not too difficult to get it together. I also like that it is off he floor and such a reasonable price.

This bed sounds so nice. I like that it is fairly easy to assemble. The cherry wood is beautiful. It is nice that it is raised off the floor a little but not so much that our children would get hurt if they fell out. Thank you so much for sharing this
