Flattering Nursing Clothes from Milk Nursingwear

    Milk Nursingwear

Only a mother will understand the feeling that your body will never be your own again. Throughout pregnancy, you're sacrificing all your extra energy and nutrients and completely putting your body on loan to host the tiny growing baby inside you. Then if you choose to breastfeed, your body is FAR from your own! You are an ever-giving, on-demand food source! Can you tell I'm mentally preparing myself for this stage?! Nursing my babies is both a wonderful experience and sometimes a huge painful burden, but cute nursing clothes that make breastfeeding in public a good experience make it 10x better! Milk Nursingwear has some adorable tops and dresses that are so chic and cute that you'd never guess they were nursing clothes!

The most anxiety about breastfeeding in public for me is feeling like I'm halfway undressed to begin with. The key feature with all of these clothes from Milk Nursingwear is that the access ports are so well disguised and you don't have to do any undressing. Your back is not exposed from lifting your shirt halfway up, and you don't have any part of your shoulders, chest, or top cleavage exposed. Hallelujah! I feel like you could be wearing any of these clothes while nursing your baby on an airplane and the person sitting next to you would never even guess. Do any of these women look exposed, indecent or uncomfortable? Nope.

    Milk Nursingwear

It was my pleasure to review two items (at no cost to facilitate this review) from Milk Nursingwear. Because of their stretchy fabric and loose designs, both have been great to wear during early pregnancy! In fact, since many of these outfits are designed for growing and shrinking busts, they work great for growing bellies as well, and can be worn before and after the nursing stage as well. I love the versatility.

First I chose to review the Sleek Gray Striped Scoop Neck Nursing Top. This is SO comfortable that it has become my most worn maternity shirt too! You'd have no idea it was a nursing top!

    Milk Nursingwear

My husband was completely surprised when I showed him these secret "access ports". All you need to do is lift the empire layer, and the rest of you stays completely covered. Genius! The fabric is thicker than I expected (in a good way), and it feels like it will hold up extremely well.

    Milk Nursingwear

And here is the Side-Shirred Crossover Nursing Dress. Now even though this is a first-trimester baby bump, how different is this from post-baby fluff, honestly? These clothes are going to be great for post-partum, especially that horrible period when I still have to wear your maternity clothes for a few weeks right after baby.

    Milk Nursingwear

This dress is a little thinner in fabric, but it drapes well, and is certainly opaque. It has excellent stretch, easy access to nurse from both sides, and the dress is just so classy! Great navy color. I love how Milk carries so many modest options, many with sleeves of different lengths, so you can be well dressed in all seasons.

    Milk Nursingwear

Truthfully, I've really been dreading the nursing stage that is going to be in full swing soon, but after reviewing these items, I feel stocked up with this cute, functional, and flattering nursing top and dress. I'm feeling much more confident and excited about it! Thanks, Milk, for helping me feel much more prepared this time around! So excited to be a breastfeeding mom again!

Connect: Follow Milk Nursingwear on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Buy it: The Sleek Gray Striped Top is sold for $44 and the Side-Shirred Crossover Dress is sold for $59. You can find more cute tops, dresses, sleepwear, nursing bras, accessories, and slings on their website.

Win it: One winner will receive a $35 gift card to spend at Milk Nursingwear!
