Looking for Soft Sole Baby Shoes? See Why We Love Bobux Shoes!

This post may contain affiliate links. Click here for more information.

Bobux baby shoes are for newborns up to children five years old. They carry soft-soled shoes, shoes for active crawlers and early walkers, and shoes for confident walkers. I received several pairs of Bobux shoes at no cost to facilitate this review and can't wait to tell you about them.

    Bobux Shoes

I'd been hoarding baby girl clothes for YEARS before I actually had Little B. Add to that a darling array of gifts from friends and family and I hardly had to buy a thing for the first year of her life. Then she turned a year old and started WALKING and I realized that I did not have a single pair of baby girl shoes in this house! She started taking steps several months before her older brothers even attempted it, so I was extra unprepared and set out to find the best shoes for early walkers in the cutest styles and happily came across Bobux Shoes!

    bobux shoes

I'm so excited to show you some of my favorite pairs that they carry. The soft soles are perfect for starters, the Xplorers are top of the line, and the new Spring styles are just darling.

    bobux soft soles

    Why choose Bobux?

The Bobux original soft soled shoes are a great place to start because they are designed for developing feet and indoor terrain. My biggest beef with baby shoes up to this point was that they typically just wouldn't stay on wiggly feet. These (and all of the other Bobux shoes) stay snug on my baby's feet for as long as needed. I think it has a lot to do with the high heel and close fit around the ankle.

    baby girl leather shoes

When I was a new mom with my first baby, I was given a pair of leather sole shoes for my boy and was told that they were the best thing to start your child in. I soon agreed after seeing how a soft protection underfoot is all they need. The leather on these Bright Pink Bee shoes is durable and breathable, while still soft and natural.

    bobux bee shoes

They have an elasticated ankle so they are easy to get on and off, but stay close-fitting at the ankle to help them stay on while there is unrestricted toe and foot movement. I also love how the happy bee faces the baby! All of my kids have decided that THESE are their favorite shoes for the baby!

    bobux freestyle

While the soft soles are excellent for indoors, the baby is started to get brave about walking while we're out. When it comes to indoor/outdoor shoes, I really wanted the best shoes out there that would support her tiny feet, give her support where she needs it, and offer comfort and protection. The Xplorers are excellently designed to do all of these things.

    bobux xplorer

I can't say how much I love that these Bobux shoes absolutely STAY on squirmy feet. The elastic up top and strong Velcro is slick and the flexible toe cap is abrasion resistant, so these will continue to look clean and new despite a lot of inevitable falls and tumbles, or even for the baby who still wants to crawl every now and then.

    bobux unisex shoes

I'm most impressed with how lightweight and supportive these are while still being so flexible and protective. This advanced EVA sole has the perfect amount of traction, and it is indoor/outdoor tested. I also like how a lot of these Xplorer styles are unisex so they can be used for other children down the road. I'm confident they will still look just as great for the next kid!

    flexible baby shoes

We've spent the majority of our winter indoors, but with Spring around the corner, and this baby is as curious as ever, some top-of-the-line sandals were on my shopping list. These J & J Sandals are going to be the shoes of the season!

    j & j sandal

These are from the Bobux Step Up collection, meant for first walkers ages 9 months to 3 years. They have a flexible, durable sole that offers more grip and protection than the other softer-soled shoes, while still offering adjustability and comfort in the cutest styles!

    bobux sandal

Aren't these timeless? I think these could also be unisex and they go great with everything, from casual to dressy. These are full grain leather with two adjustable straps for a custom fit with a thin, flexible rubber sole. They accommodate a rounder foot and are shaped to stay on without restriction and still offer unrestricted growth. I can attest that these, too, are shoes that go on easily and stay on all day! No more lost shoes around town while we run errands! I'm so excited -- can you tell?

    bobux caramel sandal

Another pair of sandals that I LOOOOVE for Spring are these Jump Sandals in White. When it comes to sandals, I want them to be breathable, but for a baby this small, I really want them to be close-toed. There are too many rough surfaces out there to trip on and I wanted her toes protected, so I'm glad that Bobux carries so many close-toed sandals in such cute styles.

    baby white sandals

Again, I was looking for sandals that would go with any outfit, casual or a little more dressy and these totally fit the bill. These are a StepUp classic design made from genuine leather. I appreciate the adjustable leather ankle strap to account for thin or chubby feet and how the Super Flexi TPR sole is so flexible.

    bobux baby sandal

These sandals have held up really well. The white has remained clean and bright over several uses, even outdoors, and I'm pretty sure the baby loves them as much as I do!

    bobux jump sandal

Ok, I saved the best for last. Just look at these little tennies! This is the Scribble shoe in red and I will cry the day that she grows out of them.

    baby tennis shoes

These shoes are made from exceptional quality full grain leather and the toe is made of a SplashtexTM leather that repels dirt! Good to know that that classic white toe will stay nice and white. These could also be unisex, don't you think?

    bobux scribble shoe

True to Bobux fashion, these shoes are able to stretch wide to make it easy to put on and then can be adjusted tight for a custom fit that provides protection and stability without restriction. I'm so happy that there are no real laces to tie, but that they look just as sporty as a real lace-up shoe. The red is rich and the materials are breathable and light-weight, but still very sound and durable.

    unisex baby shoes

Can you tell that we just LOVE these Bobux shoes?! I still can't decide who loves them more--me or her. It is the absolute cutest thing to watch her grow beyond excited when its time to go out and goes to pick out that day's favorite pair of shoes. I can tell that they are comfortable on her because of how she begs to put them on and hates to have them taken off. We are big fans and I will happily recommend these shoes to any little walker!

    Where to buy Bobux shoes

Buy it: You can purchase Bobux shoes on their website, or on Amazon.com.

Disclosure: I (Camille) received these shoes at no cost to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.
