    How to do Beach Waves

I've teamed up with Lunchbox for this sponsored post.

I just adore loose, sexy beach waves. They look so effortless yet they're fabulous, and with my naturally wavy hair, I can usually achieve this look pretty easily if I use the right products. Recently, I've been using the NEW Suave Professionals® Sea Mineral Infusion line and I have to say - I'm loving it!

    Suave Sea Mineral

Sea minerals have long been one of salons’ best-kept secrets for beautiful, natural-looking hair and skin, and thanks to Suave, that secret can now be yours! Made with real sea minerals, this new line of shampoos and conditioners gives hair incredible volume that’s soft to the touch, along with skin products that leave skin feeling smooth and luminous. The best part? They’re all proven to work as well as premium salon brands and they're available at your local Target.

For this look, I started with Suave Professionals® Sea Mineral Infusion Moisturizing Body Shampoo and Conditioner, then utilized their Texturizing Sea Salt Spray for my beachy waves. As you can see in the photos below, I started with towel dried and brushed hair - pretty plain!

I then sprayed the Texturizing Sea Salt Spray from root to tip and twisted my hair section by section. You could let your hair air dry if you want just really loose waves. I wanted a bit more polished look, so I used a blow dryer to dry the sectioned twists, then finished it off with a 1.5" barrel curling iron, curling small to medium sections of hair. Be sure to leave the last 2 inches or so of your hair out of the curl though to get a more "beachy" look. I then spritzed a little Suave hairspray for a lasting look. Your curls will relax and look easy-breezy.

I LOVE beach waves and always want to do them at home... which is far from the beach, but thought it would take way too much effort. This looks easy enough for me!
