Agnitus educational app
My little guy has been totally fascinated with our iPad lately. I do limit his time playing with it, but I have started exploring educational apps for him to use as well. I've talked with several parents who struggle with finding quality apps for their children, so when Agnitus reached out to me about a sponsored giveaway for my readers and I reviewed their website, I thought this would definitely be something that many of you would be interested in hearing about.
Agnitus is a developer of touch-enabled learning applications for tablets, mobile phones and desktops. They believe that children are naturally creative, and learn through play by seeing, touching, hearing, and doing. I love that it uses smart progression based technology! My son just started Pre-K in August and loves to learn new things. This app would be perfect for him to learn at home as well!

It's great to have a way to track strengths and weaknesses! I know that I would love to see the progress my baby makes as she masters new skills and learns new things. 🙂
I went to the website and poked around - I wouldn't think that the logo would have evolved so many times, but I really like the three most recent versions! And I'm so glad they gave teachers access for free this

Great that they offer it for preschoolers!

I learned they offer it to teachers for free.

I think it's wonderful that they gave it to teachers. Most teachers aren't paid enough and pay for a lot of stuff out of their own pocket.
Shelley Beachy says
love that this is progression based, so that as skills are mastered, the child moves up to the next skill level

I learned that this app would grow with my son as he learns! Their comprehensive curriculum is amazing. We have the limited free version of the app right now and my son loves it. It would be great to win the whole thing!

My daughters don't go to preschool yet but the counting seems to easy for them, however, I did like the sense of spelling. We only have 1 iPad (we have a nook for the other) and they frequently fight over these games. I did like that the app is endorsed by the Milpitas school district.

I like that teachers can receive it for free!

I am excited to look this up for my daughter! It looks like exactly what she'd be interested in doing. I love the parent report so I can see what she needs work on.

Wow! This is pretty awesome! I had no idea there was an app out there that could be used for homeschooling and would be able to grow with the child. I'll be referring some of my homeschooling friends to this!
