The first item I tried was the Body Boost Women Organic Multivitamin Gummy. Nature's Dynamics states that these are the "world’s first and only 100% natural, great tasting, easy to digest Women’s Organic Energy and Wellness Multivitamin Gummy grown in USDA organic ingredients". These gummies are formulated to promote bone and breast health, energy, stress reduction, and improve a woman's overall wellness. They contain: organic fruits, organic vegetables, organic flax seed, natural vitamins, minerals and organic spices.
These butterfly shaped gummies are perfectly smooth, slightly translucent and smell great. The natural flavors and scent of green apple and raspberry are apparent. The taste slightly reminds me of the Flinstone's vitamins I knew (and loved!) as a child. The recommended serving is two gummies per day and I tested these for a full 3 weeks before I sat down to write this review. I must say, these vitamins do make me feel better overall. I felt a boost in my energy and feel good knowing that I'm ingesting natural, organic ingredients. I love that these supplements do not include any dyes or trans fats. Both of us thought these gummies were very easy to digest. I've tried many other multi-vitamins in the past and have dealt with an upset stomach more times than I care to remember. Whether I took these vitamins on an empty or full stomach, I didn't have any problem with them.
