I'm sure you've realized this by now, and I know I've said it several times, but I L-O-V-E bags! Since having a baby, diaper bags are my newest obsession. I can't get enough of them! Naturally, when TWELVElittle contacted me to review of one of their gorgeous diaper bags I responded with a yes. TWELVElittle realizes that parenthood is one of the most rewarding, yet challenging experiences a person can face. They understand that having the right baby gear for each occasion is pivotal. That's why their baby bags are designed with practicality in mind. Every bag is made to assist parents at the right moment, so they can focus on what really matters - capturing those special moments with their children, not worrying about their "stuff". TWELVElittle bags are crafted of high-quality, water resistant fabrics and genuine leather. They are made to withstand the tough job of child-rearing, all the while looking fabulous and oh so chic. After browsing the TWELVElittle website, I finally decided on a bag to review. I had a really hard time choosing since each bag looked so fantastic in it's own way! I choose the the Allure Tote in Plum to review: 
Let me start by saying that I LOVE the color of this bag. The rich purple color is really lovely. The pictures don't do it justice. The Allure Tote was designed for "the chic mom who's looking for both style and function." The tote is a large, deep satchel that's the perfect for everyday trips, or even longer journeys. 
The majority of the bag is made of water-resistant coated smooth nylon fabric with leather trim for a beautiful, stylish touch. The bag has two longer top handles so you can wear it on your shoulder (over the shoulder drop is 9"). It also has a detachable adjustable strap so you can wear the bag cross-body style (maximum drop is 23"). Then nylon strap features a nice leather protector to prevent the strap from digging into your neck and shoulder. The top of the tote zippers closed to keep your belonging safe inside your bag. The bag measures: 14” x 13” x 5”. 
The bag of the back has two pockets. One large, deep slip pocket and one hidden zipper pocket on the bottom of the bag for soiled item quick storage. There is such a great amount of storage just on the outside of this bag! 
The interior of the Allure Tote in Plum is lined with PVC-free water-resistant coated black fabric. It's adorned with TWELVElittle's logo. You can see in the photo above that it's a little hard to see the interior of the bag due to the dark color of the lining. This can be a little problematic when you're searching for an item in your bag, but I do like that it hides stains well. The Allure Tote also includes a coordinating changing mat for diaper changes. I don't know about you, but I always hate having to place the changing pad back into my diaper bag after using it in public restroom changing stations, so I love that I can store it in the hidden pocket on the outside of the bag. It's such a perfect storage spot! 
There are two interior elasticized pockets for diapers, wipes, bottles, or sippy cups. There are also 3 other pockets: a cell phone pocket, a slip pocket, and a zipper pocket for valuables. I know a lot of my cloth diapering mamas are concerned about space so I wanted to show you what the Allure Tote can do! In the photo above I have SIX bumGenius Freetime cloth diapers (there are three underneath the three you see above), a wetbag, cloth wipes, a change of clothes, a book, a toy, a sippy cup, and various food/snacks along with my mama essentials in the pockets and I still have room left over! The shape of this tote is awesome and allows for so much room! Another thing I love about the TWELVElittle Allure Tote is how stylish it is! It doesn't look like your typical diaper bag and I wouldn't mind carrying this as a purse or carry-on. Whether you're just running around town or boarding a flight, it's got plenty of room. 
Overall, I'm really enjoying the TWELVElittle Allure Tote in Plum. I love the shape of the bag and the storage capacity. It's not too big or bulky, but it holds a ton! The bag is really functional and it looks great. The $235 price tag may deter some, but I think a good diaper bag is worth the splurge if you can afford it.Isn't the Allure Tote in Plum beautiful?! I know I've said it before, but love adult looking diaper bag. The allure line is my favorite. I would be over the moon to own any of those bags. I think the plum is a perfect fall color. Aside from the allure bags, I like the Unisex Courage Satchel in Grey.
