The Ultimate Toddler Tailgate with the Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler!

Disclosure: I've teamed up with Step2 for this review.

My favorite time of the year is coming! College football season will be here before we know it and like any good Gator alums, we love to tailgate. In the hot Florida sun, tailgating can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you have a little one in tow, but this year we're going to be prepared thanks to the all new Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler!

A wagon is GENIUS for tailgating with kids since you can haul supplies (and even your kiddo) in it, but it also creates a sort of "home-base" for you little one. It's their wagon and they know it and they'll naturally gravitate towards it. With the new Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler, Step2 has really stepped it up and merged two amazing things into one - a wagon AND an Igloo cooler.

    Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler

Situated below the white plastic base inside the wagon is a soft, removable Igloo cooler bag. This bag is the perfect size for picnics, camping, the beach, sporting events, soccer practice - whatever your needs really. It's 10 inches tall so it can accommodate a lot of different items and bottles, but it's not so big that you couldn't lift it out of your wagon to store in your refrigerator as well. Speaking of lifting the cooler, there are two soft handles to make lifting it easy, and there's even a top hatch door so you can reach right into the cooler without having to unzip the top completely.

There's even another handy storage space underneath the white base to store your other small essentials. I really love the whole concept of these compartments. I can definitely see us using these on our trips to places like the zoo and Busch Gardens when you might need to leave your wagon behind to go on a ride or attraction, but might want a place to store your personal belongings (out of sight, of mind right?).

If you're going to bring your toddler along while tailgating, snack (and lots of them) are a must! I whipped up some easy things that I knew would go over well with kids and was able to fit all of them into the Igloo cooler with room to spare. Fresh fruit kabobs (be sure to cut off the pointy spear of the wooden kabob and provide supervision while eating), peanut butter and Nutella sandwiches cut into the shape of footballs and helmets, carrots sticks, cheese sticks, apples and dip, and some Goldfish packed into easy to carry festive snack bags are perfect are great ideas for eating on the go.... and toddlers are always on the go aren't they?

Even though we normally bring lots of chairs and tents to tailgate, it's so nice that the Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler has a large canopy that provides tons of shade. It's such a great spot for my little guy to rest and relax. The canopy is also removable.

You'll probably work up a little thirst while wheeling your little one around. Luckily, there are two molded cup holders on the front of the wagon for mom or dad's beverages.

If your child is anything like mine, he or she is going to have a ball pulling this wagon around. Thanks to the large 10 inch wheels it makes it very easy for him to do so. It's also a pretty quiet ride too! Another great feature of this wagon is that the handle folds underneath for storage when not in use or when you're transporting it in your vehicle (we love this feature!).

I can't wait to tailgate with my family this fall and I'm sure I'll be #thecoolmom thanks to this awesome Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler! I foresee us using this wagon a ton this summer at the beach too!

We enjoy going to the park a lot in the summer and it's brilliant to have a cooler built in to the wagon. We usually have to pack things that don't have to stay cool because the baby and cooler won't fit in the wagon or stroller. This solves that issue!
