Thirty-One Gifts Organizing Utility Tote and Thermal Tote Review!

Founded in 2003, Thirty-One Gifts was derived from the virtuous Proverbs 31 woman and all of the various hats she wears. It all started in the basement of a Tennessee home, where a stay-at-home mom started making purses and bags to supplement her family's income. I absolutely love the idea behind this company and that their products are so stylish and functional. So, when I was contacted by Thirty-One Gifts consultant Kirstin Tracy, I jumped at the opportunity to review a few of their great items. It was a hard decision since they have SO many cute designs, fabrics and personalization options, but I narrowed it down to an Organizing Utility Tote and a Thermal Tote.

I chose an Organizing Utility Tote in the print "Party Punch," a super cute chevron pattern in perfect hues for spring and summer. The Organizing Utility Tote is available in 20 different colors and prints so you're sure to be find something to fit your personal style.

The Organizing Utility Tote measures 15.5" W x 10.25" H x 6.5" D and features a whopping 7 pockets (2 on the front, 3 on the back, and a mesh pocket on either side). Since there are no inner pockets, you can fit a lot of stuff in there! I was also able to personalize my tote with my monogram. Thirty-One Gift makes the process of personalization so easy by giving you lots of great font and color options. They even recommend thread colors based on the color/patterns of your items.

As a cloth diapering mom, I'm always looking for bags that can easily fit an outing's worth of cloth diapers and all of the other necessities I need to have with us. The organizing utility tote was perfect to bring on an afternoon trip to the park and grocery shopping. The outer pockets are perfect for sippy cups, bottles, toys, sunscreen and all of those items that easily get lost into the abyss of the diaper bag. The Organizing Utility Tote would also make a great gym bag, beach bag, crafting supply tote, or cleaning supply holder.

I also received a Thermal Tote in the pattern "Punch Bowl" which perfectly matches my Organizing Utility Tote. The Thermal Tote measures 9.5”H x 14”W x 4.5”D and is such a great size! I wish I would have had this tote when I was working 12 hour nursing shifts and was packing breakfast and lunch everyday. I did a little trial run with a frozen meal, yogurt and diet soda and I had plenty of room to spare. The thermal tote has a roomy outer pocket in coordinating fabric and a zipper closure. It's really lightweight and easily wipes clean.

The Thermal Tote would be great for packing a picnic lunch, keeping snacks and drinks cold during a family outing, taking to the beach or pool, and really just any time you need to keep items cold when you're on the go.

I've been DROOLING over the retro metro bags for who knows how long now but OH MY WORD I just looked at the new Elite Retro Metro Bag and AHHHHHHHHH!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! This would be THE perfect mommy bag without being an clunky diaper bag.

My cousin gave me a Thirty-One tote with my son's name on it. I am able to use it as a diaper bag. I love their stuff! Good quality, inexpensive, and cute too! I love the colors of the totes on this review.

I have often wondered if one of these bags would make a suitable diaper bag, so thanks for the review! I have never bought a Thirty One bag before, but after reading this review and seeing that it worked for you, I would be more inclined to try one the next time a friend hosts a party. Thanks again!

I bought my first 31 bags last month. They are beautiful and I love the pattern that I chose. I had my name embroidered on them and it looks nice. 31 bags are so well made; I'd recommend them to anyone considering making a purchase.
