I always have a package of ground beef in my freezer. Next to chicken breast, I think it's one of the most versatile ingredients and that's why I always have some on hand. Ground beef is a staple for quick and easy weekday recipes in this house!! My favorite is canned tomatoes, cabbage, ground beef and seasonings all cooked in one big pot!! So yummy and perks for being low carb 😉
