A peanut butter treat that your family will love!
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix sugar, oil, and butter.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add other ingredients except for the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Spread in greased 12" x 17" jelly roll pan, then bake for 20 minutes.
Spread peanut butter across the top of the hot cake.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (for 1 minute, then stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds or less) and then spread on cake.
Refrigerate 45 minutes or until chocolate is hard. Enjoy!
